For over 13 years she has studied Zen and a holistic approach to Ashtanga with her teacher, Mark, an Ashtanga master and Zen monk. She also shares the art of tea as a simple practice of presence and connection. Guided by Papaji’s invitation to “return home,” her work helps people reconnect with stillness, wellbeing, and community.
